We are delighted to share this success with Studio Schloo Architekten in Regensdorf.

The project builds on the existing garden city development by the Zürileu Cooperative in Regensdorf and is conceived as a sensitive, respectful and forward-looking extension of the historic neighbourhood structure. The estate, characterised by its clear rhythm and strong connection to open space, is being ushered into a new era. In doing so, the urban and open-space characteristics of the garden city are preserved, whilst new forms of housing and living are made possible.
