The intention of the workers' housing estate built in 1910 as a "familiar village" is translated into the present day. In the middle, it is completely public, with places for people to meet and live together as neighbors, while on the outside it is private, with intimate retreats. The settlement in the forest combines the desire for anonymity with a familiar neighborhood and strikes a balance between the two.
